Good Questions
Good Questions started in 2020, during a time when everything felt a bit uncertain and disconnected. While I was finishing my studies in Addictions and Mental Health, I kept coming back to the same idea: honest conversations—real, vulnerable ones—can be powerful.
That’s where Good Questions began. With a background in therapeutic care and communication, I wanted to create something that helped people slow down and connect—both with themselves and with others. Whether it’s through casual card games or pop-up conversations around the city, the goal has always been simple: to make space for reflection, curiosity, and meaningful dialogue.
Since then, the project has grown. It’s been recognized as a finalist in the BMO Launch Me competition, received the Humber College IGNITE Award, and has been supported by the City of Toronto and Canada Corps Services.
Now, Good Questions continues to show up across Toronto—and the reflection cards are available for anyone who wants to bring a little more connection into their everyday life.
